[SOC] A SOC Question

now what is a tuner? take a piece of extension cord, put a connector on
it for hooking to the transmitter, and wind the other end around the coil
you plan to use as a tuner tank. wind some more of the extension cord
around the bottom of the coil (that already has turns on it from the
transmitter> make the number of turns somewhat the same, connecting it to
the antenna feed line. since everything is link coupled, don't worry
about line impedances.
get a big condenser to tune the coil to resonance, and while hooking a 4
foot neon tube on the end of the antenna, tune the condenser for maximum
light from the neon tube
thats the way i do it
