[SOC] A SOC Question

     I generally operate QRP with an Elecraft K2 running about 5 watts.  
I have a HFPackerAmp amplifier which can boost the output to about 35 
watts which I'd like to use from time to time.

     My 40 meter dipole (my only antenna) is only somewhat resonant on 
40 and not at all resonant on on the other bands but the K2 has a built 
in auto tuner which brings the SWR into line.

   So, the SOC question (which I should know the answer to, but then if 
I did I wouldn't be allowed on the SOC list) is, if I hook up the amp 
between the K2 and the antenna, will I have a problem because the amp is 
'seeing' an antenna which is not resonant?
