[SOC] why paper

Well..... I converted to entirely electronic logbook 2 years ago...... (can you see it  coming)

Fatal computer crash leaves 2 year gap between old logbook (paper) and re-start elog.

Plan B - also use LoTW and EQSL as bock-up and pray they don't both fail together!!

P.S. I feel that I am picking up the SOCness.

Any Comments?

both answered, thank god for paper log books

i remember in my early days sending a QSL to FK8AT after 15 years and
getting a confirmation back......

answering QSLs why SOC?

 i got my paper and envelopes out, so it is time to send 5 backs to get
one of those gold embossed SOC suitable for framing  membership
certificates (to be put right next to my second in world JIDX
award)........
