[SOC] why paper

 i just got a QSL from JL1ARF (1999) and JU7JDE (2001)

both answered, thank god for paper log books

i remember in my early days sending a QSL to FK8AT after 15 years and
getting a confirmation back......

answering QSLs why SOC?

 i got my paper and envelopes out, so it is time to send 5 backs to get
one of those gold embossed SOC suitable for framing  membership
certificates (to be put right next to my second in world JIDX
award)........
