[SOC] Are You Qualified for SOC?

As a child / early teens in the 1930s in Denmark my mother used
to make me sandwiches with the brown Norwegian goat cheese.
Since coming to this country, I have never seen it until last
month when Stop&Shop here in the mid-Hudson valley had some.
Of course it was expensive, $7.49/8oz, many times more than the
Monterey Jack I usually get.
So it will be only for special occasions. But it is still very good.
