[SOC] Are You Qualified for SOC?

 i know who i am speaking with when i post on glowbugs or cq-contest, but
SOC remains a mystery.

with some interest i have been following an 'ethics' discussion on
cq-contest, in an area of ham radio where ethics should never be a
concern let alone something that needs discussion

some similarities with the present discussions on SOC
