Hey, just send "nnn".  They can plug in whatever number/s they want.  If they take it as RST, then you don't have to go through the mental gymnastics (tough for SOC's) of creating an RST.

Another topic to discuss is "hi hi".  It should really be sent as "hee hee", according to the old-timers.....I'm getting there.
