you know, it  seems to me when i stopped only doing contests and started
rag chewing, i am finding hams very willing to tell me what is wrong with
my signal

never had a problem in SS or any CQWW with hams stopping to tell me about
my chirpy wobbling drifting singal with a 60 hZ modulated hum

i have resorted to operating rock bound, which somehow has quieted the
majority of the helpful chaps

not that i make very many QSOs.....................
