I am still trying to figure out what "seventy thirds" means... as well as 73's and 88's.
Reckon it might be something like 73 and 88?
I don't see the need to add an "S" to the end of an already plural word.

If I feel like making sure I get a radio check via the local repeater (when calls through bring no response); a quick "one nine one nine any breakers any takers" almost always wakes someone up!

Most very best 1's to all.
Every once in a while on our local repeater, we'll get into a "That's a big roger" or even 10-4 jag on the air. All in the name of acting goofy.
Sort of a welcome change from what seems to be the controlling attitude of a lot of Hams.
