[SOC] PING? PONG?

Me Too..
I must have rcvd over 50 eMails in the last 24 hours. 
Most of them having to do with a SOC from Korea 
named Ping or Pong. Or Marco from Italy.....

I have repeatedly tried to set up to get a DAILY DIGEST for this list, but
still keep getting multiple mails daily.  Can anyone help?  If I can't get
just a single email per day than I would rather not subscribe at all.
