[SOC] Correction!!!! SOC DATE REVISED!!!

After having an SOC brainfart, I have decided that the first special batch of SOC Certificates will be printed on April 2nd in honor of the Hank Kohl (K8DD) SOC CW Bash.  This is a great way to honor one of our brightest stars.....and boy, I sure will miss seeing his smiling face at Marshall this year!

And so, before I get inundated with emails, I figured I would right this ship immediately.  Pass the word, y'all!
