[SOC] Hank Kohl Memorial QSO Party

The call W5SOC is available for use in the CW Bash on April 2.  If 
anyone out there is interested in using it for the event, let me know 
and we'll make arrangements.

I will be activating W1SOC and Ryan, G5CL will activate M0SOC.  Still 
waiting to hear if W0SOC will be on the air.
