class operator's QUARTZ TEST, of which i participated, buy abject
laziness has so far won out................

A very serious check of the membership application has been done by the
SOC
HQ and for some unknown reasons it seems that it has been approved.
 
You are welcome in the Club and you are now known as SOC#974.
 
Hank's event will be the right time to get on air using your new identity
:)
 
Of course you can request a Certificate if you wish so (cf.
<http://www.qsl.net/soc/cert.htm> for full info).
 
Pse check the Members' chart for any mistake.
