Dear Sick Bastard,

A hairline crack where the grip meets the graphite shaft is a serious safety issue.  I have seen instances where the shaft separated from the grip and seriously injured golfing partners standing nearby. Do not attempt any do-it-yourself repair.  Take it back to the pro-shop where you bought it.  Only they have the tools and expertise to do a safe repair.
