Here's some more, but real life one's....

I was logging some wood one day, when a hill walker came down our
footpath and stopped to talk to me. After the usual "that looks like
hard work" as an openng line, the walker asked "Have you lived here all
your life?" to which I replied "Not yet".

He then went on to ask did the footpath go to Llangollen. I said it
hadn't moved anywhere yet.

He then said " you think you're clever then, dumb farmer!" to which I
replied, "I'm not the one asking all the questions".

Well they started the day off nicely. 

And to add to them here's a line that was said to me recently that
proves "they're" out there and to be avoided.

"I managed to get some of those in the pound store recently though I
can't remember what they cost."
