These have been set up for years at Christmas and are just two blocks 
from us.  Recorded with my digital camera, so quality suffers but you 
should get the idea.  There are three neighboring houses involved. 
Obviously the designer is an engineer.  For a few days around Christmas, 
the police block the entire street from vehicular traffic.
