[SOC] Harmonic protection

A woman on a local bulletin board, who is concerned
about radiation from cell phones etc. , writes :

"I wear a harmonic protector
(available at http://www.worldwithoutparasites.com )
which helps my natural nervous system/biological rythyms maintain their
integrity in the presence of EM interference."

I must investigate to find out if they make a special
device to protect against SECOND harmonics.
Such a device would no doubt be useful for SOC members.
