Don't forget the unending Aggravation that we supply too Mr. Jim.
It takes a little (albeit very little) talent to do that......

I think it is much more prestigious to announce that you are
leaving an exclusive group.

Leaving a second class group is more like removing your hand
from a bucket of water. The hole fills in immediately.....
and with the same type of stuff.

By leaving, will it improve the group ? I don't know.

Better to stick around and elevate the group with your light
hearted wit and fine sense of propriety.

It is us that provides the entertainment.

Jim

Be careful Kurt,

if too many of us leave you know what happens next ?

The dues will go up...

Adios Erv - we'll all miss your marbles when you take them home.

this group (and may I add, one person in a shrinking membership!). Amateur
Radio is the great escape for many people and I have watched great discussion
lists like this one deteriorate into all out flame wars, because one side or
another decides, "screw everyone else, MY opinion matters to me....and it should
matter to you, to!" Well guess what, Mike, your opinion MAY matter to me, or it
may NOT. But to drag religion and politics through the proverbial streets of
our discussion list is not only wrong, it is tasteless and frankly I am sick of
seeing people leave our list because of the afore mentioned pseudo
intellectuals!

Sadly, we are short on that at this time.

people I have met here, I will miss that camaraderie.
