LOL.....heck without the VERY SOC central bank (FED) lending institutions
would have to conduct business. With the FED they can just be given funding
to NOT lend money. And guess who(m) pays the bill for this upside down
nonsense.

The most brilliantly SOC plan, played out right in front of our noses.

(For some the SOC list has been a burden the last few days, I am finding it
full of gems. You da man Michael, what a great thought.)

P.S... I got some private mail from another SOCer that said he didn't
understand the abbreviations. Do we give out 3rd class awards for being too
lazy to use google ?)
