[SOC] You may be a Taliban if...

It appears that we, as a people have lost the ability to laugh at ourselves;
as well as the ability to shrug things off we do not agree with. It is a
shame that some folks are so full of themselves and their sensibilities that
a single line that does NOT name anyone as being the President offends them.

If we now have to censor ourselves now by asking "who might we offend?" ;
then why bother having any kind of conversation / discourse? I have read
some things on this reflector that I have not agreed with, but the last
thing I did was CRY and WHINE about being offended. I read the post, shook
my head and moved on with life.

And for those who read this and are offended, I do not care. If you are that
thin skinned and sensitive then lock your doors, turn off the TV and get rid
of your Internet connection, as there is a lot of stuff in the real world
that will most likely offend you all to easily.

If you wish to remove me from the reflector or filter emails sent by me,
again I do not care.
