[SOC] Stop Emails and go daily digest

Ok thats all very well but im not American im British and if you looked 
at my callsign you should have worked it out
more to the point the soc website must be made by a soc because i cant 
login so i ask for a password reminder WHICH NEVER ARRIVES!
hence why im asking here.
