	For me, that is a big honking Red flag that a club is elitist.

	The first members don't have to be nominated, they have the the  
superb clarity of vision, their synapses firing the right way,  and  
are the creme de la creme. Who the heck are we to tell them that they  
need a nomination!

	The only thing better than being better than most people is being  
better than most people who are better than most people.
