With what is going on here at the moment in the UK with MP's expenses, our
constitution allows Highway Robbery! Poor old Dick Turpin, born 300 years
too early, he got hanged for less!

Ha ha ... very droll... anyway we Brits don't even have a written 
constitution!  I think the last major document was the Magna Carta 900 years

ago.
