In Ireland the little billboards that advertise Guinness say "Guinness is good for you" I think that says it all.

Ohh, I hope all is going well. But yes, Guinness is a real gift. The roastiness gives antitoxin effects, the Ethanol is good for the heart - the content is low enough that it would be hard to abuse it -  and the malt is good for the "good for the." 

Don't new mothers in Ireland get a few pints as part of the process?

Make sure the certificates are printed with non toxic ink, cuz if I spill my Guinness on it, I'm licking it off.
