[SOC] what happened??

The other day while driving through town, I was contemplating my SOC status 
and accidentally rear ended the car in front of me.  The fellow got out and 
he couldn't have been more than three feet tall.  He looked at the back of 
his car and shouted "I AM NOT HAPPY!".  I looked down at him and asked, 
"Well, which one are you then?".
