Too bad people have lost their ability to laugh at themselves.  Mike, some folks are more than capable of overlooking some things, but when the discussion and jokes deteriorate into workshop humor, I guess I can see where some have been offended.

If I see/hear something I don't like, I hit delete, change the channel, or turn the big knob.  I, like you, tend to delete anything I deem as offensive.  And let's face it, there are such a diverse group out here, it is bound to happen sooner or later.  

The thread that STARTED these urinary-olympics didn't offend me, but the fact that this just won't die is starting to get on my nerves.  I've been on this list for a long time....nearly since the beginning, and for the most part, people have been civil.  But in the greater scheme of things, doesn't it seem better to avoid discussions that divide us?  I dunno, seems pretty simple to me, but our society as a whole seems determined to speak their minds regardless of WHO they offend....and that is where I have an issue.  Sort of the old, "Can't we all just get along?" question.  I say, let's have fun here and be civil to one another, which means be mindful of what you post.  Simple enough, right?

I close with this disclaimer:  I was not aiming my comments at anyone in particular, but the group as a whole.  This is a great Hobby....let's not clutter it up with unnecessary bravo sierra.
