 A delicate physical issue.  The "t'ain't" or just "taint" is an area of the 
human body between the place of elimination down there and just a few 
millimeters forward and upward toward the naughty parts.  The word comes 
from "tis not" or "it ain't" ... the exacttitude is lost in history... 
because this spot, lacking a good colloquial label, was said to be...
"it's not the elimination place, and it is not the naughty part" ... thus it 
taint one and it taint the other.  Mister Coleman Barks, of the University 
of Georgia English Dept, wrote a published poem about the taint in his book 
"Quickly Aging Here."
