[SOC] Dummy load contest

Hey I forgot those contests -- is this the list that sponsored the contest 
to see how many miles per watt we could get with contacts into a dummy load 
(No kidding!)

If anyone wants to organize another I'm in (Part of my being a SOC is to sit 
back and let others organize things :) ))
