Oh, that's what they're doing, asking people to transmit higher in 
freq. I thought they were telling the station with the UP suffix 
only, to transmit on that freq.  I've thought all that time they were 
my friends, trying to help me, and all that time they were yelling at 
me to get off the freq. All those years, wasted. So SOCkish! If I 
knew what I was doing I'm sure I would have a WAC award by now. 50 
years down the drain.
