[SOC] Old Testament stuff

Since you are a neighbor, I will recognize you as a member of the United
States.. But I might have some reservations about certain communities. As
some probably would with a few communities in AZ.

And yes, AZ does have open carry and people do it every day. We also allow
concealed carry with training and a FBI/DPS criminal history check.
