[SOC] Old Testament stuff

Ah so now it is only YOUR opinion... o.k....But the law is CLEARLY spelled
out as to meaning of this term as used in Bill of Rights; and this is within
the US Code. ANYONE can looked this up. Title 10.

(It's VERY SOC to NOT look this stuff up OM.....)
