[SOC] This is What I'm Talkin' About!

Seriously... you don't have issues with folks trying to break into your
homes and take what's rightfully yours?  

If that's the case, then more power to you.  (You obviously pay your police
better than we do!)

Nonetheless, that IS an issue in the states... and anybody who tries it at
my QTH will be leaving without a heartbeat.  I will damn well fight to
protect my property and my family. 

Aside from that, I was raised on the land.  I see nothing wrong with
harvesting wildlife for human consumption, and I prefer to do so with a
firearm.  I also enjoy plinking tin-cans and knocking holes in targets.  I
see nothing nefarious about any of that.  I don't own any so-called assault
weapons... just a variety of deer rifles, target rifles and an assortment of
shotguns.  Most of them are older than I am, and I'm 46.   

To me, the fact that a law abiding citizen like yourself cannot own a
firearm is counterintuitive, given that the criminal population will always
find a way to arm themselves.  After all... if they were law abiding
citizens, you wouldn't have to worry about them.
