[SOC] Introduction - de GM6HGW

Hello ain and aw,

 

It would seem from recent e-mails that introductions are in order.  The name here is Colin, born and for most of my life lived in the St Andrews area (Scotland).  Home call is GM6HGW and have also held the call; ZD9HGW.

 

Other than amateur radio, I have a small yacht and known to operate /MM.  Also into conjuring and work part time doing comedy magic, don't even ask if I do childrens' magic; I DON'T.  Additionally, I take land and seascape pictures which to my amazement people are prepared to pay money for.

 

Still searching for answers to life's unanswered questions, such as; why do supermarkets put their slowest operators on express checkouts?  Where does baby oil come from; do they crush 'em like olives, boil them to collect the oil or put them through a juicer?  And finally, been using crab paste from the local supermarket and after three weeks of rubbing it in I'm still scratching at my groin; why?
