I have 174 IRCs for sale ....

I do not know which version because

they appear to be of two versions

and most are stamped with the postal

frank stamp.  I throw in some of the 

old old yellow smaller ones for free for

 collectors.  Do not hold back in your 

offers because I want to get rid of the

things.  Postage from Thailand, please
