Oh Heck - Homebrew illegal? I thought y'all lived in the land of the free!
Come to Europe and brew your own. In fact there's a wood-burning still just
up the road and that's legal.
Most liquid from breweries is 2nd class.

How would they know by just looking at the glass that the homebrew was that
and not leagllly obtained?

Remember, do not sit anything illegal out in
the open sight in your home, like a glass of home brew,
because the FCC laws allow any law enforcement
agency from Deputy Dawg to DIA to enter your
home with out a warrant to inspect for
transmitters that may be afoul or not.
This includes door openers, car door openers,
baby monitors, and all other RF devices.
Thus, on the basis of an un-warranted visit,
any other illegal things that can be seen in
plain sight are subject to legal action. No advance
warning necessary. Oh, boy! 73,
Charles Harpole
