Cricket bats work just marvellous on the infernal cane toads up north,
though a golf iron is the preferred implement.
Cane toads were introduced decades ago in 1935 to counter some grubs
which attack sugar cane. Did nothing to the grubs but are very good at
killing all local wild life. They exude a very toxic substance which
will kill anything which tries to eat them.
Relentlessly expanding across Australia. A national pest. Some idjuts
actually feed them dog food.
Thanks! :)
