[SOC] SOC Certificate

Hi,
 
My name is Tom, KX3TL. Awhile ago I applied for a SOC certificate, I sent in the required Large SASE and 1 USD, but it has been literally months, and I still have not gotten the certificate. My SOC number is 803. I guess I'm not the only one who is "second class".
