Given your present issue, it occurs to me that you ARE, indeed, the  
right material for the SOC.....whether as president, or just a lackey  
on the lunatic fringe!  May I humbly suggest the use of a LARGE  
hammer?  This will do one of two things....either it will work  
properly, or it will fade from your presence in a quadrillion  
miniscule pieces.  Either way, you win!
