[SOC] Open Mic

Check The SOC Bylaws. 
Article IV Section 2 states 
'Not more than 3 SOC members shall meet at one time, either in person
or on the air due to the chaos and confusion that would ensue.
Members doing so will have their SOC number halved showing they
are even more SOC than most other members.'
