I actually have a number.. But I just cant get past the certificate dilemma.. HA.. 
Oh well I guess I will just live as a sub SOC.. Oh and by the way  What is a "FOC" that I read about?\
Or   Dare I ask..

ertificate, OR look me up on QRZ.com and mail your payment that way.
