Dearest SOC, Bob:

Below is the message you sent me on the first Paypal notification.....please note the absence of your SOC number.....LOL

Below that is the second email I got from you....also absent of an SOC number.  Now....because I am a retired truck driver, I have little ability to read.  I saw no pictures indicating an SOC number, either.  Simply put, you must tell me what your SOC number is, or I shall have to create one for you and I don't think the Unknown Secretary would like that.

Should you comply with my request for an SOC number, I MIGHT be persuaded to include the coffee ring at no additional charge.  Should you not comply, your SOC status shall be assured (because this is my third request for this number) LOL  but we will have to forward this certificate request to Helen Waite (our chief complaint officer).
