Mate,

I'm super impressed. Are you trying out my trick of re-inventing
yourself every seven years?

I taught evening college in the early 90's and didn't do the degree bit
for full time teaching, Diploma of Education. I was tired of courses at
48 years.

When I later applied for a full-time position they said I'd have to go
to University at their expense [Cost then $60,000] and given my age
where was the value for them? That was "unofficial" of course because
discrimination based on age etc. is illegal.

So, I sensibly retired instead.

Smart move. I restored some of my technical building licenses last year
after 8 years lapse and it was a huge frustrating drama believe me.

The foot? Next time.

Jim, hearing from you has made my whole day. Merry Christmas to you and
everyone else.

PS: If you discover certain students of an ethnic persuasion with a
passion for cheating be careful! Over here they holler racial
discrimination when you fail them for cheating. Another nail in my
coffin - "boat rocker", unreliable to sustained results, non-PC.

Didn't help my chances.

Thanks! :)
