Oh I dunno Bob P.; I guess I would have said to someone asking me to speak
for him: NO. I would have strongly suggested he get a pair of his own and do
his own whining.

Yes,  it is clear he doesn't have a pair, so why should I loan him mine ?
(After all I want to be the one to abuse mine.)
