Doubt that's the case lately.  When are we ever gonna get some spots??
K9LA put on an interesting Webinar for PVRC about Cycle 24 about a week 
ago.  It's amazing how many "scientific" predictions are out there and 
how widely they differ.  About all of them are based on statistics, but 
the numbers don't go back enough years to show any definite long term 
pattern.
