[SOC] Mail

Who started this thread?  

New mailman.qth.net software rule for SOC...
When the thread had exceeded 500 postings and
the subject has changed 15 times, it will automatically
be closed....

This will only apply to SOC. All others are 50 and 5
except for FOC which is 10 and 0. With FOC the subject
should be completely explored within 10 postings! With
SOC it takes sometimes up to 500 and 15 subject changes.
