May I humbly suggest a new affiliate of the SOC, this mindspring of
new ideas and thoughts should be focused and molded to the SOC
way of doing things. Also, this new group of affiliates may be allowed
to "read only" the postings of the SOC.

This new affiliate, Three SOCs (three's wanting to be 2's) can be
identified by their common AFDB head wear.
