Strange, I've never had a curiosity about what motor oil tastes like. 
I've also wondered, "Exactly how do they find out that "Fancy Feast' 
tastes yummy ... to cats?"  Our two horses wolf down alfalfa pellets so 
I figure they're yummy to horses.  I tried one once ... not so much.

Guinness is good, so are a number of others from that ITU zone. 
However, if you really want a beer, it would have to be San Miguel in 
the stubby brown bottles.  There were two kinds:  If the bottle said, 
"San Miguel Brewery, Philippines," that meant it had been aged for at 
least 6 months but never more than 7.  If it said "San Miguel Brewery, 
Manila," it had been aged for however long it took to get from bottling 
to your stomach.

And, I think it was Bertrand Russell who noted, "The US and UK are two 
countries separated by a common language."  After trying to read this 
beer thread,I think he should have included Australia :-)
