Art - W6KY,
What is the name of the BBQ Place up the hill from you in Valley Center?
(Fat Ivan, or similar) - K6NA would know the name. You may also know
that a Corona or Tecate beer purchased in California tastes different
than one purchased on the other side of the border (la frontiera).
Either the formula differs or the brew is adversley affected by shipping
and handling.

CALIFORNIA: BBQ ribs here are 'boiled', then dipped in BBQ sauce.
Served with a Corona of course..
Haven't had good BBQ ribs since I left MO, except for RJ Ribsters in
Washington DC..With a loaf of rings!

My all time favorite beer is Woodstock brewery "Pigs Ear Brown Ale" it
is on the heavy end of the brown ale spectrum, and of all the beers ive
had it is my all time favorite. Made in NH and it can be found at the
Woodstock Inn and brewery in Woodstock NH as well as KCs Rib Shack in
Manchester NH. A 1/2 Rack O ribs and a Bubba sized Pigs ear is as good
as it gets. (ribs are Memphis style dry rubbed) Now i gotta go.

I have no financial interest in either place.
