[SOC] Need suggestions on a Sound Card

No matter what use isolation interfaces between rig and PC/Laptop.
 
The Sigmalink includes them.
 
ebay/fleabay somtimes have some Soundblaster 24bit external usb sound cards. I use them myself as they were cheap and perform well.

Yes. PSK is much less demanding on the sound card than voice or music. Your 
cpu will be working overtime on producing the vido display (waterfall) 
however. In fact, if you try and make the waterfall run to fast you risk 
maxing out the cpu at 100% and it can be tough trying to recover from that 
without knowing which files to edit etc.
