[SOC] QRP ARCI Contest Championship

[W2AGN]

Last year, maintaining my SOC status, I placed 2nd, five points behind 
our own N4BP in the Contest Championship. Never heard anything from QRP 
ARCI, nor did I receive a certificate.

I have queried the QRP ARCI Contest Manager three times, and no 
response. I guess if you are on the QRP ARCI "manure list" you don't get 
a certificate.
